中国の四川省自貢市で十戸長制度が進められているらしい。戸とは世帯で、１０世帯を管理する人を置き、党との連絡とやるべきことをやらせる係のようなものだそうです。１０世帯の中で誰かがさぼれば連帯責任となるそうです。

この制度のよしあしはさておき、会社においてルールや期限を守らせるためにチームごとの連帯責任とすることは一つ有効な手だと思います。
